Illustration Teardowns 2021
The following are some illustrations for the illustration teardown series posts I've done so far in 2021. I hope you enjoy them!
The power of reading by Rob Levin
This was for an article featured on UX Collective titled What is this “shape design” thing? In the above illustration, I wanted to depict the power of reading and dreams in a child’s development while also expressing my support for the black lives matter movement. The article discusses how I used shape design in many places: triangular, rectangular, s-curve, and circle shapes alongside more organic ones. Have a read!

This next few illustration were done for another article on  UX Collective titled Illustration Teardowns: Refactoring Old Work. I discussed, well, reworking old illustrations as a means of practice and realizing one's progress. Enjoy!
